Purchase by browsing our catalog, then click on any product you want to buy and add it to your cart. After you have finished the product selection, click on the "Order" button, and you will be asked for a few details that we need to fulfill the conditions of your order. All orders are subject to stock availability, and you will be informed about everything as soon as possible. In rare situations, we will have to cancel your orders if the requested products are not in stock.
For orders in Serbia, it is possible to pay upon delivery - so, cash on delivery to the courier when the package arrives at your address, then via payment to the account, online payment on the website with payment cards, and via PayPal option.
We send all packages for which the requested products are in stock from Monday to Friday until 12 noon.
The shipment usually arrives within 1 to 3 business days.
We send international shipments via Post Export, which usually arrive within 7 to 10 working days.
If we don't have the desired product in stock, but you still decide to buy it, at your request, we will save your order to get the desired product and deliver it as soon as possible.
All prices are with VAT already calculated (VAT 20%), and no additional taxes are calculated. The prices you see on our website are final! If the product purchased by the customer deviates from the data listed on the website, i.e., published declaration, the buyer can return it in unused condition. The online seller will issue a refund.
Payment is made when taking over the shipment, i.e., by cash on delivery or by payment to the online seller's current account according to a previously issued proforma invoice.
The customer pays the ordered products in cash to the courier upon delivery.
The goods are delivered throughout Serbia, except for the territory of Kosovo and Metohija. Delivery is made via the POST EXPRESS service according to their current price list. Delivery of the order is within five working days. The delivery time may be longer than indicated if the ordered products are unavailable, if the customer placed the order during the weekend or public holidays, or in case of emergencies.
Products ordered from the online seller are delivered to the entrance of the customer's residential building. If it is a residential building, the delivery person is not obliged to carry the goods to the floor where the customer is but to the entrance of the building.
The buyer is obliged to sign the delivery note when picking up the products, which the delivery service takes as a confirmation of picking up the ordered products.
Suppose the customer refuses to receive the ordered goods during delivery to the desired address. In that case, the online seller has the right to request reimbursement of postal costs according to the official price list of the delivery service, as well as its handling costs.
IMPORTANT NOTE! We recommend that you determine the condition of the shipment before taking it over.
You must note all transport damage visible on the transport packaging before taking over the shipment. If you see damage to the transport packaging, ask the courier to wait for you to open the package and check whether the damage to the package caused damage to the delivered items. Suppose you fail to determine the damage before collection. In that case, we recommend that you contact the courier service that delivered the package within 24 hours of delivery in order to compile a record of the damage. By following this procedure, your rights will be protected most effectively.
